By accessing this website, you are accepting & agreeing to our terms and conditions in full. We reserve the right to modify our Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. The continued use of our web site demonstrates you accept any modifications or changes. Please make sure you regularly return to this page with each purchase to read Igloo Home Furniture’s Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our web site.  

  1. General

The following terminology applies to Igloo Home Furniture’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice and any or all other Agreements:

1.1 “Igloo Home Furniture” shall hereby be referred to as “Igloo”

1.2 “Client”, “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the consumer.

1.3 “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to Igloo Home Furniture.

1.4 “Goods” or “Products” are all products/goods sold by Igloo

2. Offer and Acceptance

2.1 An order placed on Igloo’s website by you, is an offer to purchase goods and will be accepted by written confirmation from Igloo (subject to availability).

2.2 Igloo’s written confirmation accepting your order will form a legally binding contract between Igloo and the customer. 

2.3 Completion of the contract between Igloo and the customer will take place on the despatch of the products to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled the order in accordance with our cancellation terms and conditions.

2.4 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to the customer from the delivery date.

2.5 We reserve the right not to accept orders due to and not limited to, technical errors on Igloo’s web site, where pricing or details are incorrectly shown on the website, inability to gain authorisation on your payment or the goods being out of stock.

3. Description of Products

3.1 Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which sets out but is not limited to, after sales services and guarantees, warranties and estimated delivery dates.

3.2 Although we aim to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, specifications, dimensions and weight, all descriptions / specifications are approximate and may not reflect the position of the product at the time you place an order.

4. Pricing

4.1 The price you pay is the price displayed on Igloo’s website at the time we receive your order with the following exception:

4.1.2 Whilst we try and ensure all our prices are correct, errors may occur. If Igloo discovers an error regarding the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and allow you the option of re confirming the order at the correct pricing or cancelling the order. Therefore, Igloo does not confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted.

4.2 If Igloo is unable to contact you within 48 hours, we will treat the order as cancelled.

4.3 If you decide to cancel the order due to a pricing error and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4.4 The ownership of any products you order on Igloo’s website shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods provided payment has been processed and received by Igloo in full.

4.5 All prices on Igloo’s website are in GBP.

4.6 Prices exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated.

4.7 Orders from outside the UK maybe subject to import duties and taxes.

5. Payment

5.1 We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal

5.2 We do not accept payment by cash or cheque.

5.3 If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, Igloo will not be liable for delay or non-delivery.

6. Delivery

Igloo Home Furniture will send your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order. It is currently not possible to choose a carrier.

6.1 Small Parcel Delivery (Next working day, 1-3 working days)
Your items are being delivered by one of our parcel carriers to your front door. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.

6.2 Doorstep Delivery (5-10, 7-10 working days, 8-10 weeks)
Some larger items will be delivered by carriers to the entrance door of your dwelling, delivering over the threshold. Upon dispatch we will email you with detailed delivery instructions and an estimated delivery date. In addition, the carrier will contact you via email and/or text message with further delivery instructions and the time window for delivery.

In case of a very heavy/large shipments or palletized items (e.g. garden sheds) a curb side delivery service might take place.

7. Cancellations & Returns

While Igloo hope you’ll be happy with your Furniture items, we know you may sometimes need to return them. If you do, this policy has all the information you need to know. This policy applies to everything you buy from Igloo Home Furniture.

7.1 Not the right fit for you?

No problem. Igloo are happy to offer a full refund on most products, as long as it’s within the return period. You must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging. To get your refund, just return the item to us, within this period. For details on how to do this, please contact us here at sales@igloohomefurniture.co.uk

Caveat to above – Any Extended Range products (recognised by the 8-10 week lead time delivery) or Ergo Spectrum product cannot be returned as this is classed as a special order that has been ordered in solely for you. This will be relayed to you at time of ordering.

7.2 Is your item damaged or faulty

Igloo will do our best to make sure everything arrives perfectly, but if it doesn’t, our customer services team are here to help. We will require photographic evidence for any faulty or damaged goods before we can arrange a replacement parts. Please email us at sales@igloohomefurniture.co.uk if there is an issue with your order. If you are outside of the 14-day returns policy but are within the 2 year manufacturer warranty, Igloo will continue to offer support by way of arranging replacement parts, possible visit by product engineer (possible cost involved if product deemed to be working correctly). If the product is beyond repair you have the option to receive a replacement product of the same value. We are unable to issue a refund for any orders that are outside of the 14-day return policy.

7.3 Returning an Item

We do require all the original packaging and accessories to be included in the return or it will not be collected and excepted. The items will need to be boxed up for the return (in original packaging). Once done Igloo will arrange for the carrier to collect the product

If you are returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, there may be a deduction from your refund if it has been damaged or is used more than reasonably expected.

We may apply a 10% re-stocking fee upon the return of your order. This will be based on the condition of the products.

7.4 Receiving your Refund

Igloo will refund your money in the same way you paid for your product.

•               By credit, debit card or Paypal – Your money will go back onto the same card or account

Please Allow up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

•               By Bank Transfer – All bank transfers refunds will go back into the same bank account.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Copyright and trademarks

8.1 Unless otherwise stated, Igloo Home Furniture and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Igloo Home Furniture.

8.2 All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from http://www.igloohomefurniture.co.uk for your own personal non-commercial use for such purposes as making a purchase.

8.3 Any trademarks used within this site remain the property of their respective owners.

8.4 You may not use this website, or its contents, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or revenue generation activity.

9. Warrantees

9.1 You are always entitled to your statutory warranty rights that the purchased goods must comply to.

9.2 Any additional warranty for individual products will be noted within the product details and specifications on the website.

9.3 To make a claim under a valid warranty, you would need to contact Igloo at the earliest opportunity in writing to sales@igloohomefurniture.co.uk

9.4 We reserve the right to request supporting information such as images or videos to support (in particular but not limited to) spare parts warranty claim.

9.5 Any defects to the Products that are a result of normal wear and tear, or any other external cause, such as but not limited to, damage due to transportation by the customer, incorrect use, or if the customer has made any repairs/changes to the product without the prior written permission of Igloo, will not be covered by the warranty.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that details, images, and product information on our website is correct, we make no guarantees, express or implied to its complete accuracy.

10.2 Product specifications are for reference only and are approximate.

10.3 We make no warranty that our website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that errors will be corrected or that the server is free of virus’s or bugs.

11. Severance

11.1 If any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be severable from the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

12. Third Party Rights

12.1 No one other than the Customer and Igloo shall have a right to enforce any terms of this agreement.

13. Law

13.1 Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation.

13.3 Our Terms and Conditions are in accordance and governed by English & European Law. In the event of a dispute arising, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
